Mahindra Launches the 2024 XUV400 Pro at Rs. 15.49 lakh: With Enhanced Features

In a significant move in the Indian automotive market, Mahindra has unveiled the updated 2024 XUV400 Pro, showcasing a range of new features and a revamped cabin. Priced competitively, starting at Rs. 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the XUV400 Pro is set to compete in the electric SUV segment, offering three distinct variants – AC Pro, EL Pro (34.5 kWh battery), and EL Pro (39.4 kWh battery).

The XUV400 Pro is available in three variants, catering to different consumer preferences and charging needs. The AC Pro variant, equipped with a 34.5 kWh battery and a 3.3 kW AC charger, starts at Rs. 15.49 lakh. Moving up, the EL Pro variant, featuring the same 34.5 kWh battery but with a more potent 7.2 kW AC charger, is priced at Rs. 16.74 lakh. The top-tier EL Pro, boasting a larger 39.4 kWh battery and the same 7.2 kW AC charger, is available at Rs. 17.49 lakh. These prices are applicable until May 31, 2024, as part of an introductory offer.

Cabin Features:

One of the notable upgrades in the XUV400 Pro is the revamped cabin, addressing previous concerns about its dated appearance. Mahindra has introduced a redesigned dashboard along with a new 26.04 cm touchscreen infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster. The inclusion of AdrenoX connected car technology offers users access to over 50 connected features.

The Pro variants boast dual-zone climate control, rear AC vents, a wireless charger, and a rear USB port for convenient mobile device charging. The infotainment system supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with an over-the-air software update planned to enhance functionality in the coming months. Additionally, users can look forward to Alexa integration for added convenience.

In terms of exterior aesthetics, Mahindra introduces a new Nebula Blue color option and a sleek shark-fin antenna. The dual-tone interior theme of light grey and black, complemented by Satin-copper accents on control knobs, shift lever, and vent bezels, provides a modern and sophisticated feel. The natural-grain, perforated leatherette seats with stitching add a touch of luxury to the overall design.
